Pi Phi doesn't dirty rush because they expect to get drops from higher houses. so you end up with pcs full of girls who think they deserve better. not a good look.

The girls in Pi Phi are some of the most laid back, down to earth people on the hill. Not perfect, but they're super involved and care about each other a lot. Complete respect for who they are and what they do.
