Solid/top of the middle. Will always be on the same level as pi phi. Both houses get similar girls that are pretty and fun and well rounded. But KD has a definite group of maybe 10-20 girls who got rejected from top tier houses and won't get over it. The rest are fun.

considering that most girls who join KD were between kd and zeta, there is no way kd and aphi are on the same level.

majority of girls who join KD were also rushing agam zeta or pi phi but were either dropped by them or prefed with them and got stuck with KD. if you join make sure you don't stand out or they'll pretend you aren't a part of the house. they would rather hide their members that don't fit their look than be genuine.
