Not what everyone says they are. A weak chapter coasting on past reputation and word of mouth spread by people who have never been to their parties. Anyone whose opinion actually matters knows that this house is overrated and not worth their time

Used to be football fraternity and were the top at the time. Now not as popular. Things have changed and the kids in the frat still think it’s the old chi psi
