Middle or bottom tier who has pregames for top sororities and then parties with lower tier ones.

Middle tier frat. Overall group of smart and nice guys but not necessarily the most fun to party with.

Chi Psi is the hot football frat... DU is the nicer but not so hot version. Social schedule depends on the football season and often have fun pregames for top sororities and then parties for lower tier sororities.

Middle tier frat who is always surprisingly fun to party with. They are actually a really hot group of guys but aren't a better frat because most of their social schedule revolves around girls sports teams and their football season.

Definition of Middle Tier

Is this even a real fraternity? Never heard of them...

ATO got their nickname from an untrue rumor and the only reason it's still a thing is because guys in other frats use it as a way to get girls to not like ATO. Overall they are a group of cool guys that have a lot of good parties and are well liked by top sororities.

Most fun and genuine group of guys on the hill and the top sororities' favorite fraternity by far. They may have lost their house but they will always be top. Incoming freshmen don't let the fact that they got kicked off campus stop you from rushing there, Lambda is just as much a fraternity without their charter as they were before.

Pike will be the next Lambda within the next 2 years guaranteed. Their new pc has a bunch of really good looking guys that can party and aren't douchy. They won the greek athletic tournament and also have one of the highest gpas on the hill. Their upperclassmen aren't the best frat dudes, but they're now gone and the new pc and sophomores are going to kill it this year. Pike or sig chi are the places to be for incoming freshmen

Definitely one of my favorite houses. They guys treat women with respect and like to have a good time. Love their new PC too!
