I've been to theta kai parties every time I visit my sister on the weekends and thought their parties were pretty fun. A few guys were too drunk, rude, and came off as creepy but most of them were really nice and fun. You can actually have real conversations with most of the guys. I have a great time every time I visit and go to their parties. Hopefully their pledge class is more nice guys and not creepy

Bottom tier because new. Not horrible guys and parties are pretty fun. Hope to see these guys rise moderately with a house. This house is made of the kind of nerdy, nice guys that each girl needs at least one of in her life.
