Heres the only problem with this house, they don't have a concrete identity as a whole. They are one of the most diversified grouping of people in Greek life and because they do not hold themselves as fratty it seems to hurt them.

Theta Chi flys under the radar as one of the most down to earth, chill groups of guys. Their parties can be hit or miss but they seem to be just as happy drinking with themselves as they do at a party. Their brotherhood is really strong and all of them are great friends. You can have a real conversation with most of them and they don't really care what tier you're in at all.
