These previous reviews might be misleading. Phi Delt is not the most upper tier frat but it is also miles above from the bottom. There are far more worse frats on campus (wont mention names) and these guys are simply newer. There are some strange/awkward upperclassmen but judging from the new pledge class, things seem to be looking up for these guys.

Great group of girls. They have a rep for being boring at parties but the new PC is definitely stepping it up. Strong sisterhood and very involved on campus.
