Theta Chi is one of the chillest houses. They consist of guys that just really like having fun, whether it be with each other or themselves. The brothers all seem really close and their parties are really fun. For some reason they don't party with any of the top sororities, but they don't really seem to care too much. However, I think if they can get another PC like their last one, they will definitely move up socially.

Sig Ep is mostly full of rich nerds who are kinda weird but pretty down to earth. Most guys are nice, but some are just total try hards that think they're cool because they come from money. Their parties aren't horrible but they party with the lower tier sororities. Probably won't be climbing socially any time soon.

Sig Chi will be considered a top house very soon. Their parties are really fun, the guys are smart and attractive, and most sororities love them. They also have a really strong brotherhood. Their only downside is they don't seem very friendly if you're not part of their house.

Pike has probably had the most rapid social improvement at Lehigh. They party with top sororities sometimes, but they definitely have some work to do before they can start competing with the likes of Ksig Ato or Lambda. Most girls love Pike, and they have an unbelievable amount of brothers. They're kind of try hards and care way too much about social climbing, which is starting to hurt them and the quality of their parties.

These guys are kinda weird.... Not sure if they party a lot if at all. They are all pretty nice guys but they're kinda awkward and nerdy. Not really sure what the future holds for them, but it doesn't really seem like they're too interested in moving up socially or not.

Phi Kap is probably one of the chillest houses, mostly because they smoke a lot of weed. The brothers are mostly really nice and really cool, but they're kinda degenerates. Their parties are kinda lame, but they still party with pretty decent sororities and have a solid social schedule. They have arguably one of the best brotherhoods, and will most likely stay where they are socially because they don't really care about social standing, which isn't a bad thing.

Lambda is still somehow still relevant after getting kicked off the hill about a year and a half ago. They still party with the top sororities, and still got a new pledge class last spring despite only being off campus. Their parties have not been as good this year as previous years, so their future is really in the hands of the current sophomore PC. If they can get another decent pledge class next spring, then they will continue to be a top house of Lehigh regardless of being on the hill.
