Brotherhood is way better than most people expect. PC15 killed the game when they got in the house, they don't have the same apathy the older pcs have. There are a few hidden gems but no one in particular stands out as bad looking. A house that should be on the rise, getting another solid PC would go a long way.

Theta chi is a great fraternity that is a ton of fun and has one of the strongest brotherhoods I've seen. First time at one of their parties, the brothers seem a little rough around the edges and strange, but after repeated visits, the brothers are extremely friendly and are the best of friends. I have been to Theta chi parties many times since and have a blast every time I go. The frat may not be the top of the top, but all they seem to care about is having fun and being with each other.
