Chi Phi is a middle tier frat that often gets lost in the crowd. They're full of mostly great, nice guys. I wouldn't describe a lot of them as hot though. Some can be bitter about their placement in the social tier. Chi Phi is kind of known for their active late night smoking (not cigs) scene.

They've been at the top in recent years. Last year they got a small PC because a lot of their rushes decided to go elsewhere. Their new PC, although small, is still full of hot, fun guys. Their parties are always fun with lots of grain and girls. Tau Club is always a great time.

solidly bottom tier. girls here got cut from pi phi and kd. some total crazy girls in this sorority. not fun at all. PC 16 is slightly better than PC 15 but not by much.

I'd say they're lower-top tier. They're top because they have a pretty good amount of hot guys because they're the football frat. Thus, the party with top sororities, but not often since most members have practice. The guys can sometimes be a little too aggressive when hitting/dancing on girls. They're known as the hot football frat on campus.
