new frat house?

Anyone else heard the rumor that one of the GV frats is looking to move to a new house off campus? I heard one of the officers talking about a local alum donating some $ to get the project started and renovating that white antebellum home on Bradley Street near The Depot.

I can't validate the rumor, but I can tell you that house is the Stallings house and that it will NEVER be a Fraternity house. Tracy and his wife passed away a few years ago, but one of the daughters runs the Spa just across from it. From what I know, they are renovating it to be leased business spaces
