No. Before a new sorority is established on campus, they have to make a "bid" to the university. Usually 3-4 new sororities request permission to colonize, and representatives from those sororities have a formal presentation before the Greek programming board. the university then chooses their favorite to join campus, usually the following semester.
Long story short, I would not expect any new sororities until at least fall of 2017. :)
