Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of West Georgia - UWGA 3.5 I am a passed member of the sorority. It was great when I first joined but it for sure had its ups and downs like any organization would. All of the sisters are very friendly and would do anything for each other. You have to get involved and come around for people to get to know you and you have to make an effort. I have gotten the best friendships out of this organization that I can say some of these girls will be my bridesmaids someday, Alpha Gam is the way to go if you don't want to look like all the other stuck up snooty blondes.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of West Georgia - UWGA 2.5 Alpha Gam also known as ALPHA SLAM. Best known for sleeping around. Went there for open rounds of recruitment and both girls I talked to kept telling me that they all have fakes and it’s your BIGS responsibility to get you one. Not a place I want to call home. Dropped them immediately. If you want to be known as easy and sleazy then this is the place for you.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of West Georgia - UWGA 3.4 They’re all really pretty but they know that and don’t take the time to get to know other people or associate with other sororities. They’ll also be some of the first ones to make fun of other sororities. From what I’ve seen a lot of them get sloppy drunk and don’t get reprimanded for it but at the end of the day they’re a bunch of fun blondes. They use TKE for drinks and then dip to other “top tier houses” to party which sucks because the guys at TKE deserve better than how they get treated by Alpha Gam since they’re neighboring houses. Also I’m a GDI so this is literally an observation... however there are some really nice ones and sometimes it makes you feel good if they smile at you or acknowledge you HA wouldn’t want to rush with them though not really my cup of tea

The sisterhood of Alpha Gamma Delta is a different feel than anything I have ever experienced. I know I will always have someone to turn to no matter what. Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of West Georgia - UWGA 3.7 some of the nicest girls I know! They had their problems this past year but since then they’ve grown and now have one of the best Sisterhoods I’ve seen. I’m not a girl but I know if I was I would be an alpha gam haha they except people for who they are with no judgement and love eachother a lot. That is definitely something I know. Yes they’re wild and yes they have a good time but they get what they need to get done, done.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of West Georgia - UWGA 2.5 When I first got my bid to this chapter, I was so excited. I thought that I had found a diverse groups of girls who would love and accept me no matter what. A couple years later, I can look back and reflect on my alpha gam experience. I had some of my best memories being apart of this chapter, but also some of the worst. There were times when I would walk into the house and feel so uncomfortable. No one would talk to me or they would just stare at me until I left. When it came time for recruitment, I had to sit in a room the entire time and was not allowed to rush because I wasn’t pretty enough and all they talked about was how we wanted “cute” girls. It is really hard on your self-esteem when people who claim to love and care about you keep you hidden away because they don’t think you’re an asset to the chapter. I tried my hardest to put as much time and effort into this chapter as I could, but in the end, I got so little out of it. Towards the end of my time with this chapter, there was so much fighting and pettiness that I knew that I was making the right choice in leaving. This chapter has so much potential, but the way it’s set up in little cliques, they are headed in a bad direction.
