phi kappa psi discussion

are using this website to try to seem better than they are. Really they just got back on campus and are living in one of the worst houses on milledge. Also most of their guys are not very cool at all and are their so they could simply get restarted on campus. Not the fraternity you want to be in if there are other options on the table

I'm not one to really care all that much about this site, but the extent of these guys' self-ranking is turrble. Like seriously, their house is ancient and falling apart, I'm pretty sure they're having a lot of financial trouble, and the guys are weird to say the least. Not to mention their claim to lowest average GPA in IFC. If you have ANY other options go for those, and if this is your only option...wait a year and rush again.
