DZ & SK what similarities/differences?

2 older friends I have are telling me about their srats. 1 is DZ, the other is SK, but each of them thinks their srat is preferable. What similarities or differences do you see in regard to them? I know I'll get my own feeling during rush, & the srats will get theirs about me, but, I'm still wondering what you see. Thanks!
