Sororities are allowed to reach out, they just can’t promise you anything.
The most popular sororities have a team of girls who reach out and it’s allowed. It helps them narrow down before rush. If the sorority has a history of being desired & high pnm return numbers (not rated low by pnms), they have permission from uga panhellenic to reach out to registered pnms.
Those uga sororities I know have permission from pan to do this are aoii, axo, adpi, theta, kappa, kd, xo, and zta.
There may be others, but I know for a fact these nine do. So don’t accuse any one of “dirty rushing” unless you know exactly what that means.

You have no idea what you are talking about. There are no certain sorority chapters that have special permission from uga panhellenic for anything. Panhellenic rules apply to every single chapter; what's allowed for any is allowed for all. How stupid and ignorant.
