KA ChiPhi SAE ... ATO SN

Best names, best pull, best history. ATO and SN have the names and history but their alumni and money network is lacking even when compared with below groups, also parties lack for those 2 too. Pull makes up for it though.

Top 10 (Upper Mid)

Fiji SX KS ... PKA PKP

Rumor is Pike is losing their house but even if they did they would just build a new one anyways. Doubt it. SX and KS throw the best parties in this tier and even compared to some above, but KS is newish and SX has smaller numbers but are more selective. Fiji is selective but are a little weirder than the above 5 and even compared to others on this row. Parties are pretty good when they have them but are less active. PKP rages but the guys are weird tbh.

Top 15 (Mid)

DSP ... PDT BTP SPE ... SP

DSP honestly is super close to above honestly and if like doesn't get a house they will jump them easy, a little soft and building alumni networks and donations as well as sorority relations. PDT SigEp and BTP aren't as active but top sororities love them anyways. A more chill experience but definitely have a good time. SP was included by default, 5 to a row is how it works but the gap between them and the rest in their tier is bigger than between the below tier.

Top 20 (Lower Mid)

TEP OX ... DTD ... PKT AEPi

TEp rages and has money which is why they are #1 here, OX has a lot of guys and decent house location. DTD has the most random pull the best in the tier and an extremely nice house and underrated parties. need to stop being selective too small to do that. PKT and AEPi have great events and decent pull.

Top 25 (Low)

LXA ChiPsi ... DKE BYX AGR

Lambda has their house back, BYX is getting a new one, DKEs a new frat and their house isn't bad, AGR used to be above but are in trouble, ChiPsi has the best pull on this tier and the best history and a good house.

The rest are bottom.
