SN is over rated AF, blanket bid randos, their alumni network isn't as active, their nationals has bad rules about in house parties. Still amazing pull and off campus stuff competes with anyone. Maybe switch them with ATO but ATOs parties are way better and don't need to blanket bid. DeltaSig would be higher if they didn't have a soft pledgeship, not as soft as groups like SAE, LXA, and SigEp but way easier. PKP has a UNG rep and below average name recognition but still amazing. Pike and PDT could be higher instead of PKP or DSP depending on preference.

Lower Mid

DTD OX AEPi LXA

The top 3 here have the best pull and parties of the group. Debatable to put OX and DTD higher due to DTDs house, pull and parties and OXs numbers and rep as an old upper mid fraternity. LXA just got their house back so watch out, and AEPi has a lot of money. We will see if ZBT takes some of the Jewish crowd from them since TEP is top dog here for Jewish guys.

Honorable mentions (low tier)

AGR DKE ChiPsi BYX

AGR is in trouble, DKE is new, ChiPsi is an under rated group small group with under rated pull and a lot of history here. BYX just lost their house but I hear there are plans to build a new one.


Anyone new goes below that in bottom
