KA/ChiPhi/SAE/ATO

You have 2 types of groups here, KA and ATO are a bit snooty and worry about legacy status where you're from etc., which is annoying but have made pull and good off campus stuff. More chill in house stuff. SAE and ChiPhi are the opposite, ChiPhi and SAE kind of have regional things like SAE being in state or ChiPhi being DC MD and VA heavy, but honestly dgaf about that. Bigger house parties more often but not as exclusive as the other 2.

Low Top

Fiji/KS/SN/SX

Same split here, Fiji and SN are more chill here and aren't exclusive like above. They worry a lot about the social status of sororities you date which means their pull is kind of better? that's pretty much it. Still a good time. SX and KS rage pretty hard and have good houses without restrictions. Both also have very good history here.

Upper mid

PKA/PKP/PDT/DSP

Same split, PKP/PKA are the party animals here and PDT/DSP have the better pull. All 4 are solid.

Honorable mentions

SigEp and Beta

They are both worth looking into for the typical upper mid or top sec experience. More on the mid level with other good/decent groups like TEP, DTD, PKT, SP etc.
