i just am curious everytime i see these ranks because is sigep not MUCH better than sp???? like they mix with top sororities, have quality guys, and a good brotherhood. why they always ranked so low???

No pledgeship, anyone gets in as soon as they get a bid. So many guys rush them for an auto initiation, they shouldn't even be in TKE. Also no alc at parties unless they throw a joint.
