Unbiased Spring Rush 2025 Tiers and Explanations

Tier 1
Sig Ep
By far the best house doing spring rush. They get some of the best guys on campus during fall and girls adore them. No need for more exlanation. Clear #1.
Tier 2
OX/SP
This is 9/11 for Theta Chi's PR chair. No, you are not better than Sig Ep and it's funny that you think you are. Besides that, they're actually not that bad. House and location is probably the best of any house doing spring. Their tailgates are usually packed events on gamedays and they've done a good job recruiting the past 2 years. Parties and social calendar are very meh tho that is their main flaw. Sigma Pi is not that bad either. They throw surprisingly well for a chapter their size and their parties are probably on the level of a Beta or Pi Kapp. They also have had solid sized classes in the fall (Think it was mid-high thirties this year). The house might be the worst house on Milledge though, inside and out. Social calendar is very mid as well. Both of these will get the best of whatever Sig Ep doesn't take.
Tier 3
DTD/AGR/BYX
It hurt to put DTD this low. I love the DTD guys and their parties are seriously underrated. The house is just in Narnia and its hard to get people there. If it wasn't for that they'd be with OX and SP in tier 2. AGR are great guys too but they're pretty much all South Georgia guys who were former FFAs. Hard to appeal to the average rushee with that. I love BYX. It wasn't my thing but I love the guys there. If I was biased they would be 1. Unfortunately they are dry which puts them here compared to other frats but if you are looking for a place that will make your faith the #1 priority rush BYX.
Tier 4
LXA/Phi Kapp
Lambda is new and getting their house back. I expect them to move up to Tier 3 for spring by next year. Maybe even Tier 2 if they have a REALLY good rush. Phi Kapp is neither new nor moving up soon. I have nothing to say about them because there is nothing to say about them. They are the embodiment of Tier 4 of a spring rush ranking.
Tier 5
Chi Psi/ASig/Phi Tau/ZBT/DKE
These places I don't know much about besides being small with good brotherhoods. You won't exactly be throwing ragers every night with a Phi Mu on each shoulder. Maybe a couple DPhiEs tho. At least you won't be hazed.
