Chi O is considered lower top. They haven’t pulled a half decent class in three years. Their seniors are the best they have and even before then Chi O was considered lower top to upper mid.

Based on this years pc, axo should be moved up to the next tier but still behind tridelt and pi phi before alpha gam. And adpi before phi mu. Everything else is right tho
