why do people put tri delt in its own category? i’ve seen a lot of ranks where they’re listed in between top and middle so i’m just wondering why they often aren’t placed in one or the other

Tri-Delt is solid middle and can't break into top old row tier and they recruit well enough to stay out of the bottom. So that's the deal.
