Nothing is in order.
KA SAE ChiPhi-old row and always have been and will be top 3. Only other 2 groups to achieve any level of success close to these 3 was KS and PKP, which ended in 2010 for the both of them.
BTP Fiji SNu ATO PDT SX KS PKA DSP PKP-these groups are all Rock solid but are either just as cool but a little smaller or just as big but much less selective.
AEPi TEP SP (OX) DTD AGR LXA TKE SigEp-all of these groups are good too but are either niches or just not able to be as competitive with above.

Pi Kapp was pretty MF good 2000-2010 IMO... If you look back at your chapters Greek history(ask any chapter historian) Pi Kapp had some pretty great pull and parties.
Yah sure, obviously with all of Kappa Sig's governors and other local politicians they have in their alum I network, they are certainly more influencial. Discounting Pi Kapp however is not smart, Kappa Sig and PiKapp started the "new row" concept here back in the 60's and 70's(which SX Beta DSig thrive off of now) after old row got too snooty. By the time 2010 came around and they were both kicked off.... They both ran campus, and old row had some competition.

I can agree that Kappa Sig was on that level but pi kapp was not. Of course they were more popular than now but not really on the level you're saying.

Fiji ATO PKP SNu SX
But then KS had to recharter, PiKapp was perpetually f$$$$d, SAE is one of the softest groups here now, and SX started slipping.
Now KA ChiPhi are the only 2 truely great top groups.
If only we could rewind to 2008... SMH...

Add Phi Delt to the other 9 that 'used to be' top and that makes the 2019 top ten. Throw in Beta, Piike, and ____. then that make the bakers dozen best at UGA. All are real solid with different characteristics .

Switch SX and ChiPhi. KA and SAE were always the best old row, and KS and SX were always best new row, but as you said KS rechartered and SX sort of fell with them and Pi Kapp.

KS is the only fraternity with any similar comparisons to those 3 and they aren't returning to top any time soon, even though they're looking pretty good.
