why are the same three houses always listed as top?

KA, SAE, Chi Phi. Excellent fraternities, but has there ever been a point and time where one or more of these fraternities were not the top ones here? I'm curious

I would say it's because they attract super rich old money private school type of kids that know each other. Their grandparents or something probably funded the school, so probably that gives them that power.
