transfer student but want to rush
by: BigralphccHey guys, I am going to transfer in the spring from another school in GA. I’m just wondering if it matters that I’m a sophomore and I’m a transfer student. I have a lot of friends at UGA that are scattered throughout a few different fraternities, and I’m pretty outgoing and just looking to meet new people. Thanks

Not all frats rush in the spring, but also being a second semester soph doesn't give you a lot of time since most people aren't active come senior year. That being said u should reach out to the greek life office and see which frats are rushing. Try to attend as many events as u can and make an educated decision. best of luck
