why is chi-o ranked so high here?
by: SeriouslyI don’t understand why people keep ranking Chi-O so high when they just had to do spring rush and have been for the last few years?

Every house that has girls graduate, transfer or leave for other reasons can do spring recruitment if they want to. If a house knows a few girls who’d be a good fit, might as well let them join in the spring. Spring recruitment is not just limited to lower ranked houses.
That being said, chi o is very overrated and seems more like a mid tier house than a top tier one IMO
