Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 2.0 Not sure why these guys think they’re a top house when their parties get shut down before anyone even shows up. Also put their hands on girls despite being the “nice guy” type. Not a great look. Lawn is nice but house itself is disgusting and falling apart.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 3.5 Delta Sig is continuing to rise and get good PCs. I don't know what their ceiling is due to bad alumni relations and undesirable parties but they are top 10 here or close to it. Upper mid

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 3.0 Very invovled guys and are nice but their parties are really bad. Also they just chartered like 15 years ago, they have barely any sorority relations as a result. Great tailgates, DT milledge is fun, a lot of the guys are dorky but chill AF. Not a bad group or mid group at all but need to get off of Greekrank it's a bad look.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 4.5 This fraternity is one of my favorites. Their socials and tailgates are always lots of fun. I’ve heard that their 2024 pledge class is very cute and seems like genuine guys. Very involved in terry as well. Plenty of finance majors.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 3.5 To be honest none of them are close and their parties are rivaled by niche groups who aren't good like AEPi and SigEp. They are cool, super involved and happy guys but socially they are average at best.

Fraternity has the ambitious Terry try-hard types and the creative heady musician types and everything in-between. Late-nighting after last call, I've had a helluva afters sesh or two with these guys. WSMFP!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 4.4 Dsig has the best lawn on campus, and they use it well with their big huge tailgates. These boys throw an average number of parties, but they are never not really fun. Though they are pretty new, they have pretty good relations with the top sororities. Extremely involved on campus. Dsig is definitely in the top of new row these days. Cute / smart boys that are always the funnest time. You never hear complaints about these boys. I highly recommend. Merry Christmas dsp 🫶🏼
