renting a frat/sorority house

A bunch of my friends and i are looking into renting a place for our prom afterparty. I heard that you can rent out a Frat/Sorority house for a night and was wondering if this is true. If its true what Frat or Sorority is the best to get in contact with and how should i contact them?? Thanks so much if you can help!!

You defs cannot rent a sorority unless there will be no alcohol because sorority houses are dry.

You can rent at sigma chi, they are desperate for money so pretty much will take any offers.

DKE is known for having prom afterparties. Beta will also host them on occasion. Go to their websites/fb pages and look for the number of their social chair/presidents - that's your best bet
