frat rankings this year?

What are the top/mid/bottom houses this year? Looks like a lot of houses have moved up and a lot have fallen off this year.

adphi went way up (still not that high tbh) and dke went way down

Top: Zeta, ADPhi, and could throw DKE in as well.

Mid: Beta, Sig, maybe Fiji

Bottom: Lambda, DU, PKS

Lower than bottom: The ones without houses.

Agree with all except DKE. Would move them into bottom atleast for this year. All Panhels canceled socials with them - thatt isn't really something that happens to any top or even mid house. Until they have socials with Panhels they are bottom in my books.

ADPhi yes, Zeta and DKE no. Zeta are all degens. The dekes are tfm and old row try hards
