ever since fall 2012 this house has just been going downhill. used to be one of the best, but losers attract more losers and i don't think beta will ever re live its glory days. at least not for another 100 years. grab a drink and weather the storm boys, welcome to the bottom tier.

i clicked average a bunch of times for a reason. some of your girls are awesome, a few are total duds, but most are really uninteresting and just can't hold a conversation about anything for more than 2 minutes without running off to the bathroom or giggling with another sister. grow up a bit girls because you do have potential, but try to act more like a WOMEN'S fraternity than a flaky high school faux hipster brunching clique
