1. Terrible terrible leadership. 2. Doesn't do enough to have ANY SIGNIFICANT degree of sisterhood. 3. Doesn't deal with internal issues effectively. 4. Hangs out with all the wrong people (hint hint, look at frats other than sigma knees, fiji, and lambda). 5. Can be much much better.
