There will be small parties first semester off campus. If things reopen in North Carolina further parties will expand in size.

Fraternities will try to host stuff, and depending on the response, either more stuff will happen because they’re lax, or the school will crack down and they won’t host because of the liability/consequences
I’d bet on the second possibility :/
