almost everywhere else Theta Chi is a really good house... just not at wake. They guys are super sweet but they are the guys that didn't get a bid from any other frat. Super nice guys though, just not popular

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.)

I expect good things this upcoming year from theta chi - they're outgrowing the old "misfits" rep and getting some real quality dudes. They don't fit a stereotype like most frats and they own it, which to be honest is pretty cool.

Honestly, theyre not "frat", but they know how to have a good time and involve everyone. Of the times ive been there everyone is having a great fun time. Their lounge is one of the biggest, the brothers are super nice.

Good group of guys, though they aren't "frat" in the traditional sense. Looking like they're on the rise. Their parties can tend to be hit or miss but I've seen a pretty big improvement since I've been at wake. Their fall pledge class seemed pretty cool, if they get a good pledge class in the spring then expect good things from tachi in the future

Got a hott new fall pledge class. I can't wait to see what Theta Chi has in store for this coming year. I could for sure see them being on par with the other middle tier frats by the end of the school year. Keep up the good work.

Theta chi is definitely on the rise. They are probably the nicest group of guys you'll ever meet. Plus their parties are dope. Sure the guys may not fit the stereotypical "frat guy" rep but once you get to know them you'll keep coming back.
