have gotten much better since going off campus... have on and off nights (as does other fraternities like Chi Psi, Asig, Lambda, KA), however, sometimes their late nights are really fun

Say what you want about them, but its really impressive how their entire trajectory has changed in less than a year. Still near the bottom but have gotten infinitely better with a house this year. Really tight brotherhood and really nice and welcoming guys who all go super wild at parties. These guys are truly on the rise.
