Bottom tier fraternity. House parties are very fun, Lounge parties are lame. Fairly easy rushing process. Brothers are very friendly and fun.

Definition of a bottom tier fraternity. Really nice guys just most are pretty weird. There are some cool ones just a overwhelming amount of weird ones.

Has been throwing great parties all semester. You can tell the other mid tier frats are getting nervous when they start posting two obv fake posts. They will definitely have a competitive pledge class this spring

Brothers are super friendly and nice guys in general. A lot are sorta goobers, but they've got a lot of cute brothers too. I think they hire a DJ for basement parties that makes their parties honestly better than any other fraternity I've ever been to. I don't know why more people don't come out to their parties. Always seem to see them involved in every campus activity.
