Have a lot of fun with these boys, but until they get a lounge/start having off campus parties they cannot rise. They need to get on par with the other fraternities and have more than like 2 parties a month.

To the comment below, thank you KA. What even determines a good pledge class? Your parties are terrible, all of you guys end up at DKE by the end of the night trying to make sure your rushees (which most of them happen to be your biological brothers) don't realize that you are the worst of the best. Quit trying to make yourself look good.
