These guys have made a huge turnaround in past year or so. You'll see their letters everywhere on campus, they're active in multiple other student organizations, and generally have a great relationship with the campus and local community. Definitely known as the partiers because of the huge number of people at their events, but they make incredible efforts to keep attendees safe. Would 100% rate as top house.

I was at their most recent party, and I saw other girls who looked like they were in highschool come in and cops raided the place, overall I get really sketchy vibes when I go there

Can't speak to their sisterhood, but they really have come out of their shell this semester. Much more active on campus and continuing to climb. They do like to party, but can't count that against them honestly.

Some of the sisters and new members are very nice. But some members really give them a bad rep for being stuck up and not being social.

There have been a couple issues with this fraternity, but every fraternity has their own issues. They're trying to build themselves up. Have several issues with one sorority in particular. One party about 5 kids were either arrested or tasered. They've become more involved on campus, and continuing on to try harder even with said issues.

Lots of misinformation going on about these guys. They have their issues they need to work on, but they definitely don't deserve lots of the flak on here. Good brotherhood, always trying to be more involved, credit where credit is due.

Best group by far I have met on campus. They are all very nice and welcoming. Are really involved on campus and I feel like I seem them everywhere. Every time I have had an interaction with one of them I feel like they are genuinely nice.
