Y’all APhi just isn’t above the well established houses. I’m not hating on any house this is just what I think the ranks are. No hate please all the houses are great!!!

stop DZ. y’all pledged so many girls that kappa, aphi, and phi mu cut in the first 3 rounds. y’alls return rates were not higher than theirs.

Kappa and DZ are so different, I can’t see them attracting or wanting the same girls at all. It’s the bro girls vs the pageant queens. Not saying one is better than the other, just very different and I wouldn’t think they’d compete for girls at all.

I think DG is on that tier but I think pi phi should be lower. Establishment doesn’t mean much if your return rates fall
