fraternity end of year ranks?

DKE can't do anything anymore because their alums are all up their ass and have been decreasing for YEARS so they are definitely not upper mid, they're maybe mid at most. Phi psi and KA are not on the same level as Kappa Sig and Theta Xi so drop them to upper mid. Pi kapp is upper mid. Delta Chi is mid now and rising really quickly, accept it.

Have you been to a Delta Chi event in the last year? The last two pledge classes really stepped it up. Like lit tailgates and parties and some good looking pledges.

Bruh, you have half the fraternities as middle and just outright forgot one. I'm not exactly taking this as accurate.

sorry for leaving out beta or whoever, didn't realize they mattered. most fraternities aren't the best or the worst so guess what they fall in the middle

this is one the stupidest ranks I've seen for fraternities, it's honestly worse than the first rank on this post.
