Dont listen to what you hear about theta. These girls are FUN. I have never had a better time then when partying with them. They are also all beautiful, classy, smart, and sweet. They are so welcoming and genunine and very humble and sweet

idk why thetas have a bad rep… they’re the chillest out of the houses, super friendly and not judgy like others. honestly have come a long way… let’s see how their pledge class turns out

They are getting better. The girls are really nice and genuine. Maybe the new pledge class will be good

Theta is not what it used to be. I think they’ve really rebranded themselves and become a middle tier sorority. Exchanges w them are always fun and they work so hard to recruit girls. I think they’re catching up and the other houses aren’t ready for it

I love theta because they recruit girls based on depth and character. Thetas are very open and down to earth so they don’t particularly get along with people who only care about looks, money, or social status. What they’re really looking for is realness. They’re not TRYING to be the prettiest girls or the most popular sorority, which is what makes them so great. Also every theta I’ve ever met is always super well-organized and many of them are artistic which makes them superior when it comes to their events. Great girls, great events, love em.

i am a former theta who made lifelong best friends here, but i will say if you have options to join another sorority besides theta, you should take them. i joined theta because i rushed as an upperclassmen with a low gpa and i had few other options. theta seemed alright at the time. as i soon learned, theta is filled with a bunch of jealous, vindictive girls who do not want to see others succeed. i was accomplished on LSU’s campus and held leadership positions in several orgs and it seemed like the more I became popular around campus, the more the girls in my own sorority resented me. theta is filled with girls who are used to being disliked and they don’t want to make their own chapter better. if they see a girl succeeding, they want to drag them down, make fun of them and basically take them down to their level. if you are at all attractive, fun to be around or have any good qualities avoid joining this chapter of theta because you will be bullied by girls who hate to see other girls succeed.

I was in theta a year or so ago, and it was...okay. if I had a different personality I’m sure I would have been fine, but I always thought I would have fit in better in a different sorority. but honestly 80% of the girls were really nice when I was in it and most girls do find friend groups in the chapter. Lots of girls in theta just didn’t like me because I went to bars most nights, didn’t care what other people thought of me, and they were jealous of my looks lol. don’t get me wrong tho, theta events are a blast, I always had fun at them and was told by many guys in many different fraternities that we were the most fun to have exchanges with. love CASA to this day because of them too, theta 100% goes hard for their philanthropy

they are the least fake girls you’ll meet! unlike other sororities down the row, you won’t be shamed for how much money your parents make or how many followers you have on instagram.

Best sisterhood down the row… just the greatest group of girls and the most supportive environment. Never feels like I don’t belong. Everyone finds their place, it’s such a wonderful group!!!
