This obviously takes into account the chapters that are highly active and doing lots of positive things on campus with strong memberships. I would agree with the placement completely. I also are with some other posters that point out that every chapter is strong here. That is so true when you compare TCU greek life to the majority of Texas schools. Are their other strong Greek communies? Of course, but our weak houses would be the top on many campuses and we should be proud of that.

This is an excellent listing of our chapters if you view all parts that make up a house. Bravo to whoever put this together.

This ranking if the best I have seen as we get ready to begin 2016. The stronger groups are listed higher but do not think the bottom houses are bad. We have an awesome Grerk community here. Our weakest house would be a top house on most campus's. You will do better to choose a house that emphasis whatever you are looking for thank a rank.

I personally think all of the sororities are amazing and I know all of them truly do have something wonderful to offer. I just want to know in the eyes of other people what they think about each sorority. I don't really care for the tiers either

I would agree with where houses are ranked on this list more than others. In fact I think it is perfect. I will go along with the other people that have pointed out that it's imposeible to get everyone to agree on this though. No matter what you personal house is, it should top the list in your mind. I think the post on here stating what houses are more known for May be more helpful than tiers BUT I personally give this one a A+!!!!!!!

You got that right because it is usually obvious that people that put stuff like this up have a personal agenda. This is fair and balanced. You also got to listen when people say all our houses have good things going for them because that is absolutely true. You go with the girls that make you feel welcome and seem to be like minded way more than worry about what tier tgey are in. You can find lifetime friends in any house if you have similar values.

This is actually pretty fair but I would say to focus more on the character of the chapter and your future new sisters than on where they are ranked. A rank is personal and no rank would be accepted by everyone. The house you end up in should be the top house on your list.

There may always be some disagreement but this rank is on point. Strong houses that are highly visible are listed higher. This is the way things are.

Although this is well done, people need to know we have NO bad houses here. Our less involved chapters would kick it at the top on the majority of campus around the country.

People always get their panties in a wad when you put a tier list but because everyone wants their house to be on top. This is were most people would put the different groups. If your group is lower than you want then get active on getting your campus seen doing positive things at TCU. A few hard working people can make a real difference.

This is where our chapters fall according to most students. If you house is listed lower it does not mean it is a bad house, it means they are more mixed or not as active. The members of that house can rally together and make a positive change. It usually takes a few years for a houses reputation to go up or down but actions do result in chsnge.

No rank will appeal to everyone but if you look at all the different areas that make up a house then this one is about a good as you could get.

No one wants to think their houses isn't the top but this list is right and if you are offended about where your group is then make the effort to get involved in leadership and make your house better. If you are honest you probably know what areas need work so be part of the solutions. Houses change every year when new members join and old members graduate so don't put another group down but instead lift your house up.

Whoever put this post together has done a goid job with their ratings. With that said, I do agree that a tier ranking is hard to do because it changes a lot with personal taste. Some people are interested in academics, some partying, some fellowship... So it is kind of subjective.

I like this ranking better than many I have seen on here because the houses that do more at TCU, whether it is academically or being a part of other organizations, are listed higher. I say this list is on the money as we go into the end months of 2015 at TCU.
