new greek construction

Does anyone know if construction will begin on our new Greek this summer? Will any old houses be torn down before fall?

I thought this wasn't happening until the following summer when they will tear down all the old sorority houses and rebuild them in front of where they are now with a green space in the center. Is this right or just a rumor?
