I understand that to every girl her house is the top house in her mind. At least that is the way things should be. Also different people value different things so a heavy party house is top to one person and not to another. If you think about ALL the parts that make up a house then I agree with this rank. If you focus on just one or two things it would be a way different rank.

I have seen this rank come around before but not commented. When you consider everything that makes a strong chapter I would have to agree with this rank.
