Going through rush and the fall and I am a sophomore but have a really good GPA, do I even have a chance since I am a transfer? I'm very nervous

You have nothing to worry about! While some houses might prefer to limit the number of sophomores they take on, every house is required to take a certain number of sophomores. Although you will obviously be part of a minority and may feel awkward at times when you have to explain you are not a freshman, I wouldn't worry about it. I always enjoy talking to transfer students because they have already gotten a year of college under their belt and I actually feel like I have more in common with them than the freshman girls. As long as you have a good GPA, are enthusiastic about being at TCU, and are polite they would have no reason not to want you! Good luck and welcome to TCU!!
