TCU currently does not have the typical mansions that you see at other universities. Our Greek village consists of dorm-like buildings. The rooms are all pretty much the same. The only big difference is each organizations chapter room and foyer etc. freshmen typically don't stay in the houses, unless in certain cases where they need to fill up the house or something random. And even then, it would only be a second semester freshmen. Most people living in the houses are sophomores. Sometimes juniors. And of course this is just based on my knowledge from my sorority and one or two others. Hope this helps!

They are dorm like buildings and you can stay in them once you are a sophomore!
