fraternities have changed...

There have been lots of changes with fraternities this year. Some have grown stronger and others have fallen. What groups are actually top class now based on actions not their letters?

Phi Delt and SAE are still houses guys want but they were not seen much this year. They seem to be coasting.
Beta and Delt have been groups that many mock but Beta won more greek awards than any group and Delt seems to move out of the weirdo group to become more of your normal, average guy house.
