If I'm not a legacy, does that mean Chi O is out of the picture?

And what are the ZTA girls like?

Chi O used to be the best but now even their little legacies are choosing different houses. They're selective, but it's possible.

Both these posts are honest. Without an insider connection Chi O would be unlikely but you have lots of wonderful other choices. Many don't consider them top because their rush is rigged and their membership are very mixed.
