Pros and cons of rushing as a sophomore

Are there pros and cons to rushing as a sophomore?? Is there a a certain quota that each sorority has for sophomores??

Every house has the same quota, although the quota number does change from year to year, and yes, there are 2 separate quotas. One quota for freshmen,and another quota that includes everyone else (sophomores and juniors).
