TCU does not really have a Greek system where you can rank everyone from top to bottom. We don't even really have a tier system that would put certain groups above others, especially since so much is quickly changing in the Greek community right now. The have's and the have not's are closer than ever.
Bro Frog's "top" 5 groups are focused more on partying, drinking, social status, etc. Some of his bottom groups tend to focus more on academics, brotherhood, and involvement.
I'm not saying which one is better or which groups to choose, that is one's own choice. I will say that as a senior looking back, I chose a fraternity not considered "top tier" but the life lessons and brotherhood that I got from my experience are worth infinitely more than any party I went to.

A fraternity first and foremost should be about brotherhood, involvement and academics. The same with the sororities. Partying, drinking and social status does not put anyone on top, quite frankly it should be looked down on especially when it's done is excess, as the partying and drinking are a problem in many of the houses, granted it's never the whole for most, just those select individuals (go to the parties, you'll see who they are).
Going to the parties and getting wasted is for the moment, life lessons and brother/siterhood are infinitely what being greek is about.

There are a bunch of different ways to categorize fraternities. For example, partying, academics, or campus involvement. To me the South is the epitome of Greek life so that's what I categorize our TCU fraternities by:
1. SAE
2. Kappa Sig
3. Phi Delt
4. Lambda Chi
5. Sigma Chi
7. Phi Kapp
8. Pi Kapp
9. Sig Ep
10. Delt
This is simply MY opinion, not a law. Now as you were, gents.
